Student Services Manager I (Director of Enrollment Management)
Band 6, Minimum Salary $46,443 annually

The Student Services Manager I (Director of Enrollment Management) is responsible for the supervision of the admissions, records, and registrar processes. This position is the supervisor of the Records Officer, Admissions Counselors, Admissions Processor, Director of Recruitment, and the office staff. The successful applicant will have knowledge and experience with the policies and procedures affecting the assigned program areas. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and the general public is required. The ability and experience with interpreting laws, rules, and regulations governing the operation of a state university is essential. Identifying, developing, and implementing programs and activities that will benefit the campus community is required. The ability to supervise, train, and evaluate personnel as well as being able to communicate effectively is essential. The position requires a Masters degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience. Ten years or more experience, familiarity with regional campus policies and procedures, and familiarity with Banner, Datawarehouse, and Degree Works is highly preferred. This position offers the State of South Carolina benefits package.
