Student Services Program Coordinator II
(Counselor)
Band 5  Minimum Salary $38,166 annually

The Student Services Program Coordinator II (Counselor) will perform counseling duties for the USC Lancaster campus.  In addition to counseling this position will provide instruction for at least one course related to counseling (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, etc.) per semester. The position requires a Masters degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 4 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience. Appropriate licensure/certification by the State of South Carolina through the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation for providing counseling services is required. The successful applicant must also have knowledge of American Psychological Association guidelines and best practices. Minimum Salary $15,834 annually

The successful candidate will perform varied and routine cleaning, maintenance, or other custodial duties on the Lancaster campus.  Considerable knowledge of cleaning methods, ability to read and understand safety warnings on cleaning products and cleaning equipment is required.  Candidates must be physically able to carry out duties as assigned and must be aware of health and safety practices concerning Blood Borne Pathogens that relate to personal safety.  Minimum qualifications include any combination of education, training, and/or experience that would enable an applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to complete the required duties.  Experience working on a college campus is preferred. Adjunct Faculty of Theatre/Speech (Public Speaking)

The University of South Carolina Lancaster, a regional campus of the University of South Carolina located approximately thirty-five (35) miles south of Charlotte, NC is accepting applications for an Adjunct Instructor of Theatre/Speech (Public Speaking). This position may include the offering of evening classes and distributed learning classes as needed. Course are compensated at a rate of $1,000 per credit hour. Applicants must possess a graduate degree in English, Rhetoric, Theatre, or related field, including credentials necessary for departmental approval to teach SPCH 140 (Public Communication). Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the university level.
