Pre-Award Services

Applying for a Grant:

Contact the Office of Grants Coordination as soon as you identify a grant opportunity for which you intend to apply to discuss the approval process.  We can help you prepare the narrative, budget, and grant forms, as well as provide general data and statistics about USC Lancaster, Lancaster County, and South Carolina.  The grants administrator will review for compliance with the funder’s guidelines, and assist with USCeRA.  The office serves as the campus liaison to coordinate with SAM (Sponsored Awards Management) at USC Columbia for final processing and submission to the funding source.
