Art Professor Wins
First Place Award

Fran Gardner, Associate Professor of Art at USC Lancaster, won FIRST place in "Art by Southeastern Artists, Fiber Fantasia" exhibit of fiber artists.

The exhibit includes the work of artists from twelve southeastern states and is sponsored by the Chattahootchee Handweavers Guild. Both of her entries were accepted and the winning entry is titled "Difficulty in Translation" (image at left).

The exhibit will be held at the Hudgens Center in Duluth, GA.
