Project L.A.U.G.H.

Exercising

Project LAUGH (Learning and Understanding Good Health)
is a program designed for 6-10 year olds to teach them about nutrition and physical activity.

 


Some of the curriculum includes:Swimming

•Water Aerobics
•Portion Control Lessons
•The “New” Food Pyramid
•Introduction to Organs
•Recipe Modification Class for parents and children
•Various physical activity including Frisbee throwing, jumping rope, stretching exercises and treadmill walking
