FULL TIME ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

Students needing proof of full time enrollment should come by the Records Office. If verification is for loan deferments or insurance purposes, please complete all student information before submitting. The processing time is usually two working days (except during registration).

Free Enrollment Verifications for Students

The National Student Clearinghouse** processes enrollment verifications for federally guaranteed student loans. USC Students can print out their own enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse at no charge by logging in to VIP.

Participating guarantors, lenders or service providers will usually not require an individual enrollment verification letter from USC.

Third Party Enrollment & Degree Verification Employers, background screening firms, and other third parties may obtain 24/7 enrollment and degree verifications from:
