How to Apply for the First Time
  1. Go to https://ssb.onecarolina.sc.edu/

Note: If you start an application and need to save it and finish it at a later time, you will return to “University Admissions” to complete the application or create a new one.
  1. If you created an account previously and still have access to your Login ID and PIN, you can simply enter that information to sign in. If you have never created an account OR you created an account but cannot remember your Login ID and/or PIN, you will need to select “First time user account creation” to create a new account.

  2. Create a unique Login ID and PIN (your PIN must be at least 6 numbers but no more than 15 numbers)
